	Big50 2004: Best of the Best The Big50 is a remodeling business excellence award for best practices. 	Winner of the 2006 Chrysalis Award for Best Room Addition Over $100,000 The primary request of the owner was to add space to their existing house that allowed them to entertain more efficiently while ensuring the addition/library kept the existing characteristics of the house. The final product greatly enhanced the abiltiy to entertain throughout all 4 seasons and provided the husband with a home office with highly insulated walls. 	Regional Winner of the 2007 Chrysalis Award for Residential Kitchens under $40,000 This 50’s style house included a boxed-in kitchen that was dark, poorly laid-out and offered poor storage and eat-in space. The owners wanted a Mediterranean feel and to focus on raw materials such as stone, metal and wood, without being out of context with the balance of the house.
